Και συγκεκριμένα, περιμένουμε δύο νέα updates: Far Cry 4 v1.1.0 και Far Cry 4 v1.2.0 τα οποία βελτιώνουν σημαντικά σημεία όπως δυνατότητα για αλλαγή του FOV scaling αλλά και υποστήριξη του nVidia GeForce Experience. Το δεύτερο patch θα έρθει μετά το release του παιχνιδιού, ενώ πολλοί περιμένουν το νέο Far Cry να έχει τις ίδιες κακές επιδόσεις με το Assassins Creed: Unity που λανσαρίστηκε πριν από λίγες ημέρες προκαλώντας αρκετό ντόρο στα forums. Παράλληλα, όσον αφορά το Unity, η Ubisoft ετοιμάζει το τρίτο patch για PC και PS4 ευελπιστώντας να αυξήσει τις επιδόσεις.
